1. Cancellation by Patient
Cancellation terms and refund eligibility windows to be defined. Generally, earlier cancellation provides greater refund eligibility.
2. Cancellation by Doctor
If a doctor cancels or is unavailable, a full refund will be provided or you may be offered the option to rebook with another available GP at no additional charge.
3. Urgent / Emergency Bookings
Due to the prioritised nature of urgent and emergency bookings, special cancellation terms may apply. Details to be confirmed.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment without prior cancellation, a refund may not be available. Please cancel in advance through your patient dashboard.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact support at support@ukgponline.co.uk (placeholder) with your appointment reference number.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing time depends on your card provider and is typically 3–10 business days.
